The room was large and fairly quiet with a great view, the bed was comfortable. The staff was efficient and attentive the entire time. The location was nice, within walking distance of an art museum.

We had a FINE time in this hip new hotel in Florence. Units with a great view. The staff was friendly and amazingly nice, helped a lot. The breakfast was served in the café.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions in the city. We loved being able to explore on foot and not have to rely on public transportation. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much more convenient.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room was smaller than expected, especially for three people.

The property was in the center of the city. Being 4-6 minutes walking distance from Fuoco Matto was nice, we had dinner there.

The location was within walking distance of most sights and there were good restaurants close by. Staff provided helpful advice about the cheapest way to get around. The room was clean and the bedding was nice. The dorms had single beds instead of bunks which was a nice change. The staff spoke my language and recommended the best sights and things to do in the city.
